Drying cabinet KL-6 with electronic control
The KL-6 drying cabinet with electronic control is designed for drying grain, grain products, seeds of leguminous and oil crops, as well as other moisture-rich substances when determining humidity.
It is used in various grain and grain-processing laboratories of elevators, grain-receiving, flour-milling, groat, feed, bakery enterprises and research institutions of the agro-industrial complex.
The drying cabinet is a small drying chamber, protected by a layer of thermal insulation, with a door for each of the six cells. Slots for installing boxes, integrated with the doors of the chambers, are adapted for quick replacement of ordinary boxes 40*20 for drying ground product or mesh boxes for intensive drying of whole raw grain. The working temperature in the drying chamber is provided by an electric heater located in the middle part of the cabinet, and is maintained at a given level with the help of an electronic thermostat. The heater switch (illuminated) is located on the rear control panel of the cabinet. The thermostat has a built-in heater on indicator. When the cabinet is turned on with the switch, the thermostat turns on, showing the current temperature in the dryer chamber. Ground materials are dried in small bags, and whole grains are dried. The electronic thermostat is adjusted to the desired temperature by changing the settings. The correctness of setting the temperature with the thermostat is checked during the attestation process using control thermometers after it reaches the regulated temperature.
